Soooo true! Your message is on point! It’s what I do and it’s working!! Wish others would do it and give it enough time to see it works. I increased my cals three weeks ago by 100, scale was going up...I waited...it was level and now it’s going down! And this morning I had to borrow my daughters bell, the waist of my jeans are too big! I am proving this works!! I eat everything I want flexibly and control my Cico! It’s awesome! Thank you Rosio for setting such a perfect example for us 🥰😘❤️
