So, does this mean I shouldn't eat celery? No negative calorie foods is a myth? What about my grandfather's cousin's neighbor's eating habits? Forget this too?!? WTF is going on? Just eat less, learn to enjoy all foods in moderation, and get off my ass and move a little. That's it?!?
