Can my metabolism already adapt to being more efficient after only 13 weeks? Starting a livestrong program mid June so will hopefully lose more then or get ideas on raising calories without gaining. Starving this last week even averaging 1200 cal. I seem to lose the most(1-2.4 lb) and feel the least hungry at 40-42% carbs, 36-44% fats and 16-20% protein. Hopefully the trainer ask has knowledge of macros and nutrition or perhaps they have a free dietitian on staff. Won’t pay for one as we already pay $75 for a gym membership. But it would sure be nice to have someone figure all this out for me lol.
