Diario de Fishingwidow, 22 jun. 18

Another small loss and I am happy with that. But!! I had a treat. Chocolate cake from a neighbor that I did a good deed for. Not on my plan but I savored every bite. Took me 3 days to eat it. So that will take care of my sweet tooth, for awhile. Learning some control. Before I would have had it gone in 10 minutes. So back to the plan. The only problem is that when I have a sweet, I crave more. But not today.
89,1 kg Disminuído hasta ahora: 4,4 kg.    Aún para ir: 16,5 kg.    Dieta seguida: Bien.
