7/05: 79.65kg, Fat 23.5%, Muscle 57.75kg, Water 53.8%
Results: Weight loss, Fat gain, Muscle loss, Water loss

Yesterday was a rainy day, today it's hot. These scales are sensitive to hydration obviously. Will try 1-2 hours after breakfast instead. Weight loss is ok.
79,6 kg Disminuído hasta ahora: 49,1 kg.    Aún para ir: 1,6 kg.    Dieta seguida: Bien.

Today I gained muscle and lost fat. I don’t think the scale knows what it’s doing as I’m dehydrated today for sure so far should’ve been higher I think. Measuring many times a day when I can to see what times seem to be similar, check when dehydrated vs hydrated etc. So ours is just a big toy for now lol.

I agree. I want to believe it can work still. Waking time didn't work, 3pm didn't work, 2 hours after lunch didn't work. At least the times that doesn't work are found. Will try after breakfast, and if that's another failure, it is near toy level. However, I hear many are happy with them. I assume they do a weekly check to see how things are moving. Think they will be ok for that.

By the way, I saw a study that found after drinking 600ml water, full hydration is archived in 45'minutes. Will try that out somehow.

I drank a big cup of coffee then a 20oz bottle of water and my scale showed I was more fat and less muscle. The next time I drank a bottle of water before trying it there wasn’t a change. It’s so confusing. Basically I’m just tracking for changes right now. Lost 2lb and hasn’t changed much. Will see after 5 & 10 lost.
