So, at 6'0" and 135.5, I seem to have found my perfect maintenance calories @ 2500. On workout days, I'm eating 2800 and the weight goes up a little the next day. I'm seeing a neat little pattern with CICO that I could never predict with any other method. I'm not losing much anymore - just slowly working up! Nice! 👍

Pam, I think they should donate some of their metabolism to us for a day 😁. I could sure use a 2500 cal day to get all my cravings worked out 🤪.

Awww the problem I have with that is the ‘work’ part of workout 🤪😆. And I’m impatient! It’ll come but it would still be nice if we could trade someone for a day 😉

Hey Chris did you see the article I posted a link to on muscle development. It was a really good read. new testing came in with some very interesting insights for body builders and non body builders.
