yes I keep close tabs on my macro's. all the info loaded helps you when you look back and see how things shift or work better

@baskington Most definitely! have you noticed the macros and calories don't match up entirely on here for some reason?

I don't quite know what you mean, I don't personally try to compute things manually and compare, but I do doublecheck my packages against the food items and yes they don't always match. meat is a nightmare I just do the best I can there. I have two different sites I use and compare.

Haha sorry that was confusing.. basically fatsecrets calorie counter is a little off compared to when I manually add up my macros!
