Oh I always worry a little lol. Complain is probably a more accurate word than worry 🤔. I did go up yesterday. I used to eat 250g carbs, dropped to about 200 and this week I’m staying around 150 I think. It’s probably something to do with that. I just never noticed it before because I would only weigh at the drs office or when my clothes were getting tight or loose(that hasn’t happened in 5 years). Wouldn’t it be nice to just have a steady 0.2# drop every day? Lol
I’ll probably go up in the morning again. Pool party which means hotdogs, buns, chips and packaged cookies. Have been running around today so am only around 400 calories so I have to eat or try to get it all in at bedtime.
