Diario de Fishingwidow, 10 ago. 18

Have had a roller coaster week. Was up over 2 lbs, then down a little and up and down. So I need to get back on track again. Had a few evenings where I was hungry. And I wanted to do some yoga exercise but didn't. Got to stop the procrasinating. Ticks me off. 😖. Well looking to have a good week and show some results by my next weigh in next Friday.
87,7 kg Disminuído hasta ahora: 5,7 kg.    Aún para ir: 15,2 kg.    Dieta seguida: Bien.
