Diario de Hujar, 05 sep. 18

wow I'm up but just a SMIDGE. Not bad considering Labor Day indulgence. Treated myself to three tall Miller Lite, lemmon square"s" and of course some potatoe salad! Tuesday I tried to be back on track or even below the track but I felt hungrier and although I was going to eat nill, I managed to consume 1400 calories. Since I started this diet change haven't cheated only A few times so I'm okay. haven't had any corn this summer but have 2 ears in the fridge. If I don't have any then I would feel deprived. Corn will be lunch today. :)
