I weighed myself even though I didn't want to. The results are what I thought. I have been kind of down lately and have been eating emotionally. I need to change that to exercise emotionally. Today is the beginning of a new day I will get back on track one day at a time.
90,3 kg Disminuído hasta ahora: 17,2 kg.    Aún para ir: 13,2 kg.    Dieta seguida: Bien.
