Weighing in 1 day early as I am leaving for Montreal this afternoon - holiday weekend of Poutine, Smoked Meat, Bagels, and Beer! Will try and keep up with fasting as much as possible and limit sugar as much as possible- Happy Thanksgiving to everyone in Canada celebrating this weekend!
