You have know idea how deeply it pains me to record this. I've had a out of control week, particularly Saturday and Sunday. I ate a quart of chicken and dumplings, two apple dumplings and a tone of hotdogs, burgers, chips, potato salad, and ice cream... I gotta get my head back into the game. The added weight has affected my performance on the weights. UGH!

Adam you are always disciplined and exacting in your workouts and WOE. Possibly, this unusual "grazing" was caused by the sudden lower Fall temperatures, you know, the setting in of hibernation mode. Anyway, that was my excuse recently...I was too ashamed to even record the damage. Everything will be alright.

I would like to agree, but the fall took place when responding to the hurricane victims in NC. I had to eat what was placed in front of me. Besides that the only temp change here took place last Friday. It was a great consideration though. I will find my bearings.

Thank you for taking time away from your family to respond to the NC victims of Hurricane Michael. People like you are special, brave, and appreciated. I'm in Horry County, SC where our local news station recently said we still have approximately 77 roads that are unusable. The water damage to homes and property is sickening.

Adam, my mistake, it was Hurricane Florence that caused so much damage. Then we had Tropical storm Micheal.
