My Wed calories were more 725 Thurs 640 . I'm guessing they were too high Wed and that's what caused the gain. But if you look at my food diary I have a lot more calories on the weekend and I weighed only .2 more on Wed. My RDI says 1400 but I Def can't lose on that so I guess I need to lower weekday calories more .
