Diario de LTHOMP56, 26 oct. 18

Not sure what I'm doing wrong but Def got to get it back on track. I keep calories low during the week. I do eat more the weekends but I always have and got down to 92 by doing that. Weighed Tues and had only gained 1.4 lbs so I thought I would of Def lost today but instead I gained another .4 ugh! so frustrating ! if I cut calories lower than I am now during weekdays will it help or having so low calories still cause me not to lose? I watch what I eat on weekends too I just have more calories than I do on weekdays . I don't go over my weekly calories and stay close to my macros but still gaining a lttle here and there which worries me. Any suggestions on what to do?
