Ugh almost a 1# gain. Still in a deficit. However, the bright side is I went to the gym yesterday so knew it would be up a bit today. Should go up another 0.4# tomorrow(expected 0.4-0.8 today). Predictability 😉👍. Off to have a lower calorie, high protein tuna lunch so I can gorge at dinner with family later!
