I am shocked. Particularly because of all the reasons I mentioned last night. However, I did have a full week of school this past week, and my classes are ALL OVER campus, and up and down stairs, etc.. I guess that little bit of extra exercise really does help. LOL, I weighed myself twice to make sure I was seeing the right number!

EDIT: Oh! I also just recalled that I was on my period last week during my weigh-in. My SO says that could make me bloated, which would make me weigh more, so it could be possible that I lost more last week than .8, but my bloat did not allow for it on the scale, and now this week I lost the rest of the 4.4 pounds..... I'm rambling now. Anyways, yeah.
