Diario de reggionon, 17 dic. 18

I've now hit one of my non-official goals: the weight from three years ago when I met my partner. it feels good especially when I felt like I hit a roadblock for a few weeks and wasn't making much progress. I managed to balance my calories pretty well with cravings hitting me only last night. it's hard when I stay up super late to finish my finals this week, I end up wanting to snack on heavy stuff for comfort. but I've come this far, gotta keep going!
101,6 kg Disminuído hasta ahora: 11,8 kg.    Aún para ir: 33,6 kg.    Dieta seguida: Bien.
