I am going to remove my goal weight, and hope to leave that empty: hope nothing else is affected, and will be careful of my weight in maintenance. Yes, I wanted to go down several more pounds to see if my hips and stomach would go down some more, but am not sure if it is wise. I will maintain near here for a little and observe. Am doing IF for my brain and the autophagy of healing and I am seeing some good results. Eating window >7 hours.
