I don’t usually weigh so close together, days wise. But you know how you can actually feel lighter when you’re losing? Yeah that’s happening. And I already notice a significant improvement of my knee pain. As in I can get up from the couch and there’s little to no pain in my knees. I’m averaging a lb a day at 10 days into the diet. I’m learning but I’m so pleased. 😋😋😋
