Hi, I moved to Fs Britain today, I was in USA then Canada. Today is the first day of my new diet, I was low carb, keto diet. Now I'll just start calculating my calories and stay away as far as possible about sugar, I do not know how it will be but I'll try it. Wish me luck.💪💪💪😊

Great 👍 move, your choice to try Keto will be well worth it! So far I’ve moved down 95# and am going lower. Broccoli cauliflower riced cauliflower cabbage salad are all good carbs! Best wishes Nadeen 👍😊🌹
