Water loss. May be from my off and on morning dancing, but I’m pretty sure it was for the 40 minutes straight that I danced to Nelly. Thighs were burning yesterday but not near as sore as I expected today. Perhaps I’m not as old and out of shape as I thought! Even as a young adult I didn’t dance for 40 minutes straight because someone always needed a drink or to pee or away from some handsy creep on the dance floor lol.

I hadn’t realized how many calories are burned through dancing! The hubby doesn’t dance and doesn’t want me dancing with anyone except family. I decided yesterday that I could dance at home for a good workout. I felt fine upon waking but 3.5 hours later I’m sore lol. PT conferences today so the teachers are gonna wonder when I come limping in and sit down carefully lol. The only problem is I’m very hungry today. On my second small breakfast.

Omg I have a Zumba video and I can’t keep up on their ‘moderate pace’ lol. Slow is great but after that I just can’t follow! Someone needs to make a calorie free amaretto sour! I’d go back to work in the evenings when hubby is home just to pay for them!

Keilin, I was once told to act like you were uhhh... 😉 with the hubby. That’s kinda how I got my sex education in college haha. A friend demonstrated how to dance.
