Not sure why I am seeing a 1# gain but I think it must be attributed to the sodium. I was not intending on having jambalaya for dinner as well as lunch so that had something to do with it...at least I hope, and tomorrow will be back down.

So today I will water water water. Mixing up some crystal light too.

Didn't get to work out yesterday cause Lucy doesn't need to be going down all the stairs. Hoping to today though; when my daughter gets up (she works 3rd shift).

Here is to another day of feeling good!

Hectic day...worked late then ran errands got home and started not to work out but then realized I can squeeze in 20 minutes before DH gets home! Yay me...hoping that I see that gain gone tomorrow. I tried really hard to skimp as much as I could on the sodium today.

Yeah, that sodium's a killer, especially with the Jambalaya..lol. I made it for supper last night and it was really good. My daughter ate most of it and even Facebooked that it was AWESOME, so score!! :D

Yay! Glad that it was a winner. It is a killer with the sodium and I tried downing a lot of water last night but I am going to chalk it up to that since I was 'good'. So no coffee this morning and just water, water.
