My daughter and son in law were here for a long weekend. We had a wonderful time. But too much eating of sweets with, pie, Polish donuts, eating out, etc. etc. I only gained .6 and I thought it would be like 2 pounds. But I will be having smoothies for the next few days as sometimes it takes a few days for the pounds to show u p. One thing I have noticed is that I have better portion control and I don't keep shoveling in the sweets. A mini NSV. So hopes to have a loss to post on Friday, my regular day to post my weight.
