Water. It’s water. Didn’t drink enough yesterday. Sure surprised me seeing this jump but again, I know it’s just water :).

Oh thank goodness I came across your post!! It's 12:30 and reading this I realized I hadn't had ANY water all day. :::drinking now!!:::

Same here lol. I did have 3/4 of a bottle but the rest has been iced tea. Better than pop but still not water. I’m going to finish this and see how it effects my weight tomorrow. I’m hoping tea will be the same as water because I’m getting tired of propel all the time (which is obviously why I keep forgetting to drink it now). Glad my post helped remind you to drink up!
