no weigh ins for a week. traveling to Chicago then San Francisco for work. my goal is to stay true to my diet and exercise, and test how I tolerate no feedback for a week.
I've done this many times, but the fact that it's been so much harder to lose and maintain weight this time around has me a bit stressed. time will tell.
