Woke up yesterday with naggy headache, & mild sore throat. By afternoon had fever of 103 , stiff kneck, earache, & really bad sore throat, barely swallow, & couldn't hardly talk. Doctor says I have strep throat. Gave me iv fluids, antibiotics & told me to take ibuprofen for fever. Anyone ever notice that antibiotic pills are always huge. Somebody should think about making antibiotics that melt under your tongue.
