Lol. Hubby was gone and with all the bad storms the last week I couldn’t get to the gym and leave the kids home alone. Got in 3 home workouts but I’m not sure if they were better that the gym or not. Less pain at home except legs after squats and lunges. I’ve gained a bit of fat while trying to gain muscle so I’ve tried to keep a leash on my calories to perhaps stop the fat gain or lose some since I’m not using 15 machines in 45 minutes (3 sets each machine).
