IF has kept my weight stable at 65.3 lbs. I need to eat enough carbs for weight loss. I do resistance training and some weightlifting but I have to increase it a little more to lose weight. Overall I'm happy. Being over 50 and being a fitness trainer has it's own challenges. I train others but get tired quickly if I train myself too much, for one thing!! I keep losing muscle mass really quickly and strength!! If anyone has any advice for me I'm happy to take it! So bring it!!
65,3 kg Disminuído hasta ahora: 2,5 kg.    Aún para ir: 3,3 kg.    Dieta seguida: Bien.

@Draglist, I see under weight history Carolyn's weight is 144 on May 27th, and also on May 10th.
