Kinda expected a jump this morning. Fell asleep at 9ish, woke up at 2ish after a horrible nightmare and couldn’t sleep. Tummy wouldn’t quit growling so decided a snack might help since I’d logged it anyway. Nope. By 4 am the tummy was growling again and almost painful so I had a protein bar. (Quick, filling and sweet) finally got back to sleep about 5 after many checks on the kids (what my nightmare was about). The late night snacking, long sleep but a 3 hour interruption combined with what I ate for those snacks and yesterday’s snacks made me assume the gain. Happy to see it stayed the same!
Remember I’m trying to maintain weight while gaining muscle. 115-125 is where I want to keep it right now. This weight isn’t anything to worry over or be proud of or anything else. It just is 😉.

Seems it rained overnight and our yard is flooded for the 4th time in about 3-4 weeks. Just bought goldfish for the stock tank to clean it up and keep it clean. Hoping they didn’t go overboard and float away. Stock tank has too much algae to see the buggers as they swam straight to the bottom when we put them in. At least the tank shouldn’t have changed temps that much I think. May try to slosh my way over there later and see if I can see them or see any on the ground.
