Yeah, I get it. It's not that I never tried it. I did. I have. Several times. But I never got the joy or endorphin rush ... just pain & soreness. However, that does not detract from me being totally impressed by you and the other folks here who 'do' exercise. I keep thinking I'll absorb some of the benefit via osmosis.

I love the soreness. DOMS is so exciting, when it dies t present itself, I’m sooooo disappointed!!! LOL

Thanks, are they also in soy protein? I am asking because one of the creatine powders I was looking at also has a mix of taurine and glutamine in it
