ketones: wake up .9 , 7 hours later after work, 1.3, yesterday after work they were 2.0. yesterday about 5 hours after eating they were 2.3. I'll test after my meal and tomorrow morning again. so far, after a year keto. my ketone strips agree with my blood levels in general. some say ketone strips are not good for testing. so far I disagree but everyone's metabolism is different.
78,5 kg Disminuído hasta ahora: 25,9 kg.    Aún para ir: 26,3 kg.    Dieta seguida: Bien.
