Looking for muscle gains and fat losses so an even weight or even a gain. I may have to cut to 110-115 sooner than I’d thought then work on muscle again. :/. It’s not happening as fast as I’d hoped. It’s been right at 4 months since starting back to the gym. Weights up about a pound. Muscle more defined. A bit bigger biceps by sight but only 1/16-1/8” in measurements. Losing fat/gaining muscle at the same rate? (After a year off from the gym but only 4 months at the gym before that). 4 months seems to be my ‘give up’ timeframe. But I won’t. I’d disappoint a couple people here and in my family so again, I won’t quit. Whining over lol.

I'd go with the mirror, or measurements at this point.

Mirror has shown a change but not recently. Measurements are staying very close so not much change there either :/.
