Love days where I hold steady. Honestly I had 0 water yesterday. Well I had some to take meds and that’s it. LOTS of coffee, small tea and a large tea. Surprised I didn’t gain water. I’ll do better today. Yesterday was a rainy day and nothing better than sitting on the porch with coffee watching the rain! Then went shopping and just grabbed iced tea.

I’m breaking my fast (overnight only hehe) with a cream soda and anxiety meds. Those meds worked well yesterday and we have in-law stuff tonight. It could get bad or avoiding all issues or happy or whatever. My plan is to take the maximum doses of my anxiety meds and this’ll be my test lol. If I can get through the evening with those alone then I know that’s what works for me. I get highly stressed around them waiting to see what backhanded compliments gonna come up or if they’ll corner the kiddos or ask about things we don’t want to tell them. Dang it. Haven’t gotten my boundary list completed that the counselor suggested. Gotta get that done along with getting the kids from work, lunch, gym, laundry etc. Ok now I need that pill like an hour ago hehe. Waiting because the psychiatrist (he’s the one who has to write the scripts for my counselor) said the closer I take them the more they’ll work but to spread the 4 small pills over the daytime. Taking two at once helped a ton but not for more than say 2 hours. So I’ll now arrange my pills based on stress and not the clock. Well sorta. Anywho, I’ll need them and if they don’t work I’ll ask for another med on that too.

Can’t wait for gym day, a day late ;). Squats and dead’s are gonna kill me. Started low squats last week. Anyone recommend either low with lower weight or ‘sitting’ height with heavy weight? Normally I barley touch an imaginary chair then back up. For low it’s like I have a kids stool I’m trying to sit on so way lower. But weights would be like 80-90 heavy and 35-40 light. 50 hurt too much on lows last week. I’d do 3x each if hubby liked squats lol.

It’s my body not me. If you check my log you’ll see tons of high calorie days lately :/. Perhaps it’s the cheese and all the protein lol.
