Good morning and thanks for all the 💗s. Pain is better since I focused on intense daily stretching last week. Added calisthenics back into routine this week. Plan is to add cardio next week, and then resume full resistance training the next. Matching food intake to reduced caloric requirements and holding weight steady so far.
Life's been a bit more challenging that usual on other fronts. That's provided some clarity of priorities, and allowed the people in my life to declare what kind of person they are, and how much they care about their relationship with me..... Or don't. Both good to know.
Letting go is the hardest part. Maybe someone can share a tactic for how they learned to let go of detrimental relationships and came out better for it? Or just have a nice Thursday 😊.
