Good morning, here we go doing the yo yo again every time I eat more then what I usually do I gained a couple pounds I mean I don't go over my goal but still for some reason if I eat a little bit more than what I usually do then it happens but that's life on a diet so I'll just deal with it.
133,4 kg Disminuído hasta ahora: 93,3 kg.    Aún para ir: 65,4 kg.    Dieta seguida: Bien.
