I am not as familiar with the keto plan but I do know that nuts pack a punch! Sometimes I find, for me, if I have calorie dense foods in a short period of time that I will see a jump on the scale the following day and then it evens out the day after. I hope that it works that way for you this morning! Sleep is the best as it makes us generally more resilient and able to roll with the ups and downs of any given day. I continue to use the Alieve sparingly however it is very effective when it comes to sleeping well. Have a wonderful day today!
