Okay re-weighed myself since things finally took care of themselves...whoop whoop....fat fast is a success even with TOM here.

YAY!!! GO JAIME! You're doing a wonderful job!! I weighed this morning and even though I've stuck 100% to plan all the sudden I gained like 4lbs in 2 days. Glad you are headed in the right direction.

Thanks Rachel - I really believe the Fat Fast has a lot to do with it. I followed it yesterday and should have waited to weigh this morning but I didn't. Thought I would give it another whirl 'afterwards' and yes even with TOM the Fat Fast works.

Great Job Jaime! Those numbers are going down! I'm having the same issues with the TOM and I still came down a little.. Hopefully when the TOM gets out of dodge it will move down a little more.. You're doing great! Keep up the good work!

Congrats girl - that is awesome news :) I have seen others do the Fat Fast (have no clue what that is, lol) and it does seem to work for a lot of people. Keep up the great job!!
