Up, down, up.... how long does one walk on this plateau.,,, but I keto on.(i jumped back on the scale today, thinking maybe I had transposed the numbers and I really was in the 160,s. Got back on- no such luck.

How frustrating for you. I hate it when I know that I have followed plan and the scale doesn't show it. I hope it breaks soon.
