I went on a celebratory hour long jog. Damage control for what the weekend may or may not bring, lol.

You know what’s sad, that was my weight I hated after giving birth to my 1st at 169. Kinda funny I weighed 169 after the birth of my Lexie and 269 after the birth of my last little, Roman. After Lexie, I gained 11 lbs.( 180, stress, not in account of her) Got together with hubby at 180, injured and wedding weight 207. I used to let hard times control who I was emotionally. Injury, is hard. I used to be a stress eater. I have done so well here, but I went from a stress eater to hardly eating with stress. That’s not healthy either. I have to get back to my balance.

I think I am doing too much cardio I may be in the 170s tomorrow. 😱

I think I need to add some cardio. Cardio in the a.m. and lifting after work- or vice versa. IDK. Feeling like- blah.

We just need a second standing desk and you can be at your computer with it and the bike lol
