168 whoohoo. doc update: thyroid and adrenal: I went back to the doc to go over labs, he upped my thyroid and made it a compound for better absorption. 😃 $$ my cortisol is low, so he has me starting on some adrenal stuff. I still need to research it. after that, he might have me switch hormones to the patch and cream for better time release. hopefully I'll be dialed in over the next 6 months. I'm skeptical of supplements, but I'm also skeptical of drugs/big PARMA, soooo. time will tell. if the weight starts melting off, then we'll know. he's fairly cheap for a specialist. 😁 👍
