Hi, you are doing a great job, try to make your scale measurements same time everyday and first thing after you wake up and have your bath.
Try to stop having any meal after 7pm ( depending on your health condition)
From 7pm to 9am limit it to liquids "water and herbal tea only".
Keep it like that for aome days and i am sure you gonna observe a positive change 👏💪💪
