Good pre-Christmas Eve morning y'all! The gift I'm giving my self keeps on giving, weight plummeting, performance up, and resting heart rate dropped two beats. Since weight is down and performance is up I know my fat and muscle percentages are headed in the right direction. I was shooting for a 1/2 lb lost, but I'll take this. Treat yourself well, no one can do what you need but you--love you. Cheers all.
