I feel better about my efforts yesterday. I plan to repeat them today. Thanks to all who offer suggestions and hope to me. It truly means alot. I am pretty isolated at times and am basically an out-going person. But because I have been sick and not eager to catch the flu, I have stayed home. I only leave the house to go to work on Tues and Thurs (I work from home on Mon and Fri), get the mail, and make an occasional grocery run. I am really looking forward to spring so I can at least take the dogs for a walk. Of course, here in MN we have ice today and more snow on the way. Uff da. So, just for today (because that's probably the best way to approach this weight loss thing)I will make healthy choices and keep busy. I know we can do this. Every day of awareness and making healthy choices brings us closer to the goal. Better health for us all! Have a healthy day and do something special just for YOU!
