k. Weight seems to be moving since I have more vigilant about IF during week. I begin my weekend with whipping cream in my coffee. Did get into the stevia chocolate chips last night-they are almost gone now.

Down two is wonderful. That is real progress. Sounds like you have it figured out. Might be hard to implement while you are in Jasper. Have fun!
