Diario de LTHOMP56, 27 mar. 20

I sure do hate having to log my weight. It's stressing because i don't know why I gained. I thought I did good all week. Stayed around normal calories . I did have two slices of pizza last Sat but other than that things have been normal . I haven't stress ate I've been counting my calories. With everything that is going on I feel how much I weigh isn't a big deal but I'm just trying to keep things normal and not fall apart. If i gave in to hysteria then I def would start stress eating and not be able to quit. If I ate and not watched calories I seriously think i could gain 50 lbs in a month.
