Diario de 1200 Calories, 29 abr. 13

I was discouraged about not losing any weight after a few weeks of keeping calories down to 1200. Lucky for me I didn't gain too much weight but haven't lost.

I really need to incorporate exercise. Now that the weather is nicer I am going to start walking for at least every other day.

Also I am going to try South Beach Diet and try to keep the calorie intake low too with tracking.
71,7 kg Disminuído hasta ahora: 0,9 kg.    Aún para ir: 15,0 kg.    Dieta seguida: Bien.
