Diario de Aurora2019, 21 may. 20

Was able to run yesterday, up one of my favorite trails. Then after work went with the dog walking group for 1:30 hour hike. I have noted before when I have a day of intensity/endurance my weight goes up or at least maintains- never significantly down. However I expect in the next few days to be in the 140’s and this time to stay on a downward trend as I continue my IF with OMAD.
68,1 kg Disminuído hasta ahora: 17,1 kg.    Aún para ir: 9,2 kg.    Dieta seguida: Bien.

Any bets it's from increased water intake on those exercise days?

No, but thats a good assumption. I tend to not drink enough water. Ive always thought it was the body holding water as it repairs itself from the exertion.
