Ihave been hungry all day. i have eaten a lot and worst of all cashews after 7pm. i doubt tomorrow will be a loss. this is going to be hard but i know i can keep it up. i had wanted to ride my bike to pat rosaves mtg tomorrow but the bike is not ready. i will check tires etc tomorrow so it will be ready for riding. i shpuld be able to fit in a ride every day, even if it is short. i can do this. it just takes effort.
