I refuse to just LET this get any worse..
I must change this to 52.0 70 Kilo....is nearly 20 kilo overweight...11 stone
when I should weigh just over 8 stone,
thats 154 in American pounds and should be - 114
so this is a tall order
which is good bevause I am quite short at 164 cm which is 5 ft 4, o
tomorrow the BEFORE pictures
I must
there is no other way to get ot the AFTER pictures....
